We accept all major credit cards. All rates are per room per night including Full Hampshire Breakfast and VAT.

ADVANCE RATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

For last minute and Advance Rate Offer the Hotel will charge full amount on your credit / debit card in advance, there is No Refund in case of cancellation and bookings are Not Exchangeable. When making a Last minute or an Advance Rate booking you agree with terms and conditions and authorise Quality Hotel Andover to charge the full amount for the reservation on your credit / debit card.

Description: All Advance rate bookings require a Non refundable deposit. Full amount of the stay is charged to your credit / debit card between time of booking and day of arrival and is non refundable, non exchangeable and non cancellable.

DEPOSIT RULES: A deposit for the total value of the booking is due at time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY ON INTERNET RATE BOOKINGS:

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival date, the Hotel will charge one night per room in case of a No Show or Late Cancellation. This cancellation policy is not valid for last minute or advance rate bookings.

Once booking is received, it's taken as a legally binding confirmed reservation.

All rates are per room, per night including VAT @ 20%. Quality Hotel Andover reserves the right to alter tariffs without prior notification.

Children under twelve accommodated Free of Charge when sharing with parents, meals (including Breakfast) charged as taken

Pets (Dogs) are welcome at Hotel's discretion. All Rooms have Bath & Shower. We offer full business services.
