ADVANCE RATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
For last minute and Advance Rate Offer the Hotel will
charge full amount on your credit / debit card in
advance, there is No Refund in case of cancellation and
bookings are Not Exchangeable. When making a Last minute
or an Advance Rate booking you agree with terms and
conditions and authorise Quality Hotel Andover to charge
the full amount for the reservation on your credit /
debit card.
Description: Last Minute and 3 days advance booking
requires a Non refundable deposit. Full amount of the
stay is charged to your credit / debit card between time
of booking and day of arrival and is non refundable, non
exchangeable and non cancellable.
DEPOSIT RULES:
A deposit for the total value of the booking is due at
time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY ON INTERNET RATE BOOKINGS:
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival
date, the Hotel will charge one night per room in case
of a No Show or Late Cancellation. This cancellation
policy is not valid for last minute or advance rate
bookings.
Once booking is received, it's taken as a legally
binding confirmed reservation.
All accounts must be settled on departure. These rates
are non-commissionable for travel agencies, for more

All rates are per room, per night
including VAT @ 17.5%. Quality Hotel Andover reserves the
right to alter tariffs without prior notification.
