To make your Booking
we require the booking form completed
with all necessary details and £10.00
deposit per person, which
is non-refundable in any circumstance.
And you agree to the following terms
and conditions:If any member
of your party needs to cancel, we
require at least 14 days written
notice. Any deposit will be forfeited,
and no refund will be made for any
booking cancelled less than 14 days
prior to your celebration.
The total amount
of your expected invoice is payable
21 days prior to your function date.
Failure to pay this balance 21 days
in advance, will cause the cancellation
of your party with the deposit being
forfeited
Payment
by one cheque , cash or credit card
please.
No credit will
be allowed under any circumstances.
Smart evening
dress
(strictly no jeans or trainers)
Kiss-a-grams etc.
are strictly forbidden.
We will not allow
any drinks to be brought into the
Hotel.
The Management
reserves the right to:
Alter entertainment,
menu and times without prior notice:
Refuse admission at their discretion:
Cancel any event without prior notice,
at which time you will be given
the choice
of an alternative date for your
function or full refund of your
payment.
For
all the above dates the Bar
will be open from 7pm with Dinner
being served @ 7.30pm. Depending
on the style of Entertainment the
finishing time may vary - however
the Bar will close @ 12
midnight.
